Product Availability

Our inventory changes constantly and most items are available in limited quantities. Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed until payment has been completed.

Product Condition

All items sold by Black Friday Outlet are new unless stated otherwise.

Some products may arrive in damaged or imperfect packaging due to the nature of liquidation and overstock inventory. However, we inspect products before delivery to help ensure that items are complete and in working condition.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to our falling-prices model, prices may decrease daily depending on the sales cycle.

Once an item has been purchased, previous or future price changes do not apply to completed purchases.

Orders

Black Friday Outlet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incomplete payment information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will receive a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

Limitation of Liability

Black Friday Outlet is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
• Minor packaging imperfections
• Customer misuse of products after purchase
